JONESY'S STORY

Just over a year ago, I was a university student, working night shifts at a delivery company. Approaching the end of my 3 year degree, I was faced with what is genuinely my biggest fear; working a 'normal' 9-5 job for the next 40 years of my life.

I have always had a love for sneakers and I had spent the last 4 years of my life, attempting to learn to resell sneakers, but never quite reaching a level of income that was sustainable for a full time job. I always knew I wanted to be a sneaker reseller, but I didn't know how to get there.

With a few months left at university, I decided there and then, to go all in on reselling. I stopped turning up to uni to pursue something that I actually wanted to do with my life.

Up until here I had been trying the more conventional style of reselling, with the usual 1 or 2 releases a month, hyped collaborations; Travis Scotts, SB Dunks. Putting all my eggs in those baskets, spending hours botting and entering raffles, just to hope and pray I can get a singular pair to make some profit or even just break even from it. I had never had much success, just generating some small profits here and there.

I then discovered brick flipping, the art of buying shoes that aren’t immediately selling out upon release, and turning them into a profit. This often involves finding ways to get pairs heavily under their retail price, using niche methods and discounts to create a profitable margin. Now I felt like I could control how much money I made, I wasn’t relying on luck to win exclusive pairs any more, I could find a pair that worked, and buy as many of them as I wanted. I buried myself in the game, becoming obsessed with scaling it further and further, mastering the ability to find flips that no one else is taking advantage of. Since going all in, I have sold over 3,000 PAIRS of sneakers, allowing me to do this full time. Something that was only a dream a year ago.

After learning everything I could about brick flipping, I decided it was time to share the flips I find every single day with a small exclusive community. My team and I provide sneaker flips and 1-1 support with members to help them learn to or significantly scale their sneaker reselling to a sustainable full time income. It brings me immense fulfillment to help someone follow their dreams, just like I have.

If you are content with the dreaded 9-5 doing something you hate for the rest of your life, then kudos to you.
